    • Habría sido interesante que se incluyan libros relativos a la guerra de la independencia del Alto Perú para tener completa la idea en cuanto a nuestra emancipación, como por ejemplo el libro del Dr. Julio Ortíz Linares que refiere precisamente la culminación verídica de la guerra y relata sobre la obra del verdadero artífice de nuestra liberación, dejando a un lado la estéril presencia de Boliviar y Sucre en el Alto Perú, por cuanto son ustedes, los militares, los más indicados y responsables de saber y conocer la verdad sobre nuestra historia militar, política y social. Gracias y espero tomen en cuenta mis sugerencias.

  2. Acabo de leer que mi sugerencia ha sido tomada en cuenta, les agradezco y felicito una vez más este trabajo interesante que hace el Ejército Nacional. En cuanto se concrete me permito sugerir un análisis de la obra y acaso un foro debate para llegar a una conclusión. El libro se intitula «El Libertador de Charcas». Graicas y mucha suerte.
